Serving Central and Northern Virginia since 1997, KOEN is a land and outdoor construction company handling sitework, land clearing, grading, drainage, hardscapes, and full outdoor builds through one operation.

Through Koen Landworks and Koen Outdoor Living, we manage projects from initial site preparation through final construction. Our work spans residential, commercial, and industrial applications, with the capability to take on everything from small property improvements to large-scale site development.

By handling all phases in-house, we keep projects organized, on schedule, and under control. There’s no need to coordinate multiple contractors or manage separate scopes—everything is completed through one team with clear accountability from start to finish.

We focus on execution—using the right equipment, experienced crews, and proven methods to ensure each phase is completed properly. From base work and grading to final installation, every detail is approached with long-term performance in mind.
